Engineered for Consistent, High-Volume IBC Production
Built around a heavy-duty accumulator head and servo-driven extrusion, the machine is purpose-made for HDPE liner and container production, with the flexibility to move between single-layer and multi-layer co-extrusion.
High-Output Extrusion System
A FIFO accumulator head stores and discharges melt in a single continuous shot, giving even wall distribution across large-format parisons. Paired with servo-hydraulic drives, the system cuts energy consumption by 30-50% against conventional models while holding tight repeatability shot after shot.

Axial & Radial Wall Thickness Control
A 100 or 300-point parison control system adjusts die gap along both the axial and radial axes in real time, redistributing material to the container’s most stressed zones. The result is lower resin consumption per part and a more consistent, UN-certifiable wall profile.
Heavy-Duty Clamping, Hydraulics & PLC Control
A 1,140 kN clamping unit and stabilized hydraulic circuit keep the mold seated through every cycle, even during multi-layer, heavier-parison runs. Siemens or Schneider PLC/HMI interfaces manage recipes, multi-language operation, and logging, with Ethernet-based remote diagnostics for support after installation.

What Keeps Buyers Up at Night — and How We Answer It
High energy consumption and raise cost
With servo motor application, we can save you upto 35% energy consumption
Longer downtime after a weekend and bottles with black spots
Deman halps you to reduce as much downtime as possible, you can resume normal production within 30mins
Downtime on long production runs
Heavy-duty clamping and a stabilized hydraulic circuit are built for continuous 24/7 duty cycles.
Multi-layer product development is complex
Single-layer, double-layer, and 2+1 co-extrusion configurations are pre-engineered and selectable at order time.
Operation depends on a few skilled workers
Recipe management and a visual PLC/HMI interface reduce reliance on operator experience.
Servicing an overseas machine is hard
Ethernet-based remote diagnostics let our engineers troubleshoot most issues without a site visit.
Core Technology Advantages
Six systems working together to deliver repeatable output, lower material cost, and easier long-term operation.
High-Capacity Extrusion System
Servo-driven single or twin-screw extruders deliver stable melt at high throughput. Value: shorter cycle times without sacrificing melt quality.
FIFO Accumulator Head
First-in-first-out melt storage discharges a single continuous parison shot. Value: even wall distribution on large-format tanks.
Axial & Radial Wall Thickness Control
100 or 300-point real-time die-gap programming. Value: less resin per part with a stronger, more consistent wall.
Multi-Layer Co-Extrusion
Switch between single, double, and 2+1 layer builds on one platform. Value: one machine covers multiple product lines.
Heavy-Duty Clamping Unit
1,140 kN clamping force with a stabilized hydraulic circuit. Value: reliable mold seating on continuous, 24/7 duty cycles.
Intelligent Control & Remote Service
Siemens/Schneider PLC-HMI with Ethernet diagnostics. Value: recipe consistency and remote troubleshooting after installation.
Three Configurations, One Platform
Double-Layer Configuration
Extruders: 2 coordinated screw units
Melt capacity: dual-stream, balanced feed
Structure: two-material co-extruded wall
Best for: virgin/recycled combinations and barrier layers.
2+1 Multi-Layer Configuration
Extruders: 3 units (2 outer + 1 tie/barrier)
Melt capacity: highest, precision-balanced
Structure: 3-layer wall with a functional tie layer
Best for: chemical-grade barrier containers and premium specs.
